Restoration 1 of Newport News & East Richmond is searching for an upbeat energetic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. Responsibilities:

Answering all incoming calls
Scheduling service calls
Answer website scheduling requests
Track Advertising Sources
Customer follow-up calls
Various marketing efforts

Qualifications:

At minimum 2-year CSR (or similar) experience is preferred
Able to participate in mandatory after-hour rotation

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
